Please note, there is no reception desk at our properties. The properties operates a self check in system or courier for keys. Please make sure you contact the property prior to your arrival to receive further check in details.
Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving licence/ ID) prior to their arrival. Failure to provide this may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
Please note, premises strictly do not allow parties or gatherings. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave.
All rooms are completely non-smoking. Guests found to be smoking will be fined £100 and may also be charged a fee for damages.
Please inform the property in advance if a cot or crib is required.
Unless stated in the description it is safe to assume there is no lift in the building.
The lead guest must be aged 25 years or older.
The property reserve the right to charge a security deposit of GBP 500 on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Our insurance does not cover the loss or damage of guest belongings. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place prior to your arrival.
